Product Description

1. Full factory precision prefabrication All main steel columns, beams, bracings and floor decks are precisely fabricated in the factory through CNC cutting, accurate drilling, assembly welding, non-destructive testing and integral shot blasting anti-corrosion treatment. Full industrial production ensures low dimensional deviation and high component consistency, avoiding deformation and unstable quality caused by outdoor on-site processing.

2. Dry on-site assembly for high efficiency The construction adopts high-strength bolt connection as the main method with minimal field welding and no large-scale wet concrete work. The construction is less affected by weather conditions and allows multi-layer and multi-area overlapping construction, greatly shortening the overall project cycle and improving delivery efficiency.

3. Priority erection of stable main frame Steel columns, main beams and bracing systems are installed first to form a complete and stable load-bearing and lateral-resisting structure. It ensures structural safety during the entire construction process and provides reliable working conditions for subsequent floor, enclosure and MEP installation.

4. Integrated composite floor system construction Steel floor decks and reinforced concrete composite slabs are constructed integrally with excellent structural integrity and uniform stiffness. The system fully meets equipment load, concentrated load and daily service load requirements with superior floor flatness and structural stability.

5. Standardized full-process precision control Strict control is implemented on column verticality, axis positioning, beam-column elevation, assembly gaps and bolt final tightening torque. Weld inspection and dimension rechecks are carried out in accordance with national and international construction standards, ensuring high structural accuracy and sufficient safety margin.

6. Professional anti-corrosion protection system All steel components undergo strict shot blasting and multi-layer anti-corrosion coating treatment including primer, intermediate paint and topcoat. The uniform and high-adhesion coating effectively resists rust and environmental erosion, greatly extending the service life of the steel structure.

7. Systematic construction of auxiliary facilities Enclosure systems, stairways, reserved pipeline openings and embedded equipment supports are constructed synchronously. The main structure and auxiliary components are perfectly matched to ensure overall structural regularity and complete building functionality.
