1. Preparatory Work

We complete the collation and printing of carport project technical files before delivery, covering structural layout drawings, accessory inventory sheets and shipment certification documents, with unified shipping marking classification. Every lightweight steel part is carefully inspected to ensure flawless surface anti-rust coating, clear spray-painted part identifiers and firmly attached specification tags. Special lightweight steel packing frames tailored for carport bracket and beam sizes are prepared to adapt to compact container packaging.

2. Pre-Shipping Packaging & Protection

Environmentally friendly wooden buffer pads are added between overlapping lightweight steel components to prevent friction scratches and surface abrasion during transportation. All sharp corners and assembly joints of carport frames are fitted with dedicated anti-collision corner protectors. Delicate small accessories and stamped steel parts are tightly wrapped with PE protective film for all-round sealing protection. Bright high-visibility labels with accurate part numbers and weight parameters are affixed externally to facilitate rapid cargo sorting and receiving.

3. Loading & Transport Specifications

Light carport steel structures are lifted with soft-casing nylon slings to avoid extrusion and scratch damage. Scientifically distributed supporting points are adopted for cargo placement to keep frame structures flat and undeformed, with 4-meter standard spacing for long strip steel beams. Flexible tension straps are used for overall cargo bundling, with shockproof protective pads installed at all stress contact areas. The entire loading scheme strictly controls height and weight limits to meet cross-border transportation compliance standards.
