Core Construction
The workshop adopts standardized primary and secondary steel frame load-bearing structures with high-strength grade Q235 and Q355B steel materials, featuring outstanding compression, bending and deformation resistance for long-term structural safety. Matched with complete standardized auxiliary structural accessories and enclosure systems, the whole building is equipped with professional waterproof, drainage, ventilation and daylighting facilities. Multiple customized options for wall and roof materials are available, adapting to different production environment needs while ensuring excellent thermal insulation, waterproof and windproof performance.

Drawing Design
All steel components are fully prefabricated in our factory, including precise cutting, punching, drilling, welding and surface treatment. On-site construction only requires bolt assembly, greatly shortening the project cycle and reducing on-site labor and material costs. We adopt professional design software including AutoCAD, PKPM, 3D3S and TEKLA for personalized structural optimization, adapting to different terrain and load requirements.

Packaging & Shipping
1. Pre-shipment Preparation Work
We sort out and complete all delivery paperwork, including construction layout drawings, component schedules, cargo manifests and standard shipping marks. All steel parts undergo full visual inspection to check the integrity of surface coatings, the clarity of steel stamps and spray-coded component markings, as well as the firm installation of product tags. Matching steel packaging brackets are selected according to the actual length of structural components to achieve standardized packing.
2. Pre-transport Protection & Packaging Specifications
Wooden cushion spacers are inserted between stacked steel components to prevent surface abrasion and mechanical collision damage. Reinforced corner guards are applied to protect component edges and joint areas. Vulnerable structural parts are fully wrapped with polyethylene film or heat-shrinkable materials for extra protection. All cargo is affixed with high-visibility labels indicating component codes and weight parameters for easy identification.
3. Loading & Transportation Specifications
All steel bundles are lifted with protective nylon slings and padded lifting rings to avoid surface damage. Cargo weight is evenly distributed during loading, with support points set at 4-meter intervals for long steel beams to effectively prevent bending deformation. The entire shipment is securely fastened with tension belts, and protective fittings are installed at friction contact positions. Meanwhile, overall cargo dimensions and total weight are strictly controlled to fully conform to road transportation safety standards.
