Packaging ＆ Shipping

1.Paperwork & Quality Check: Gather all necessary documents like blueprints, packing lists, and dispatch logs. Examine every steel piece to ensure the coating is flawless, ID tags are visible, and numbers are clearly marked. Make sure the packing frames fit the exact length of the materials.
2.Wrapping & Safety: Place wooden blocks between items to stop friction. Add corner guards to weak spots and wrap fragile parts in plastic film. Stick clear labels showing the weight and ID on each piece.
3.Loading & Shipping: Use soft nylon straps to lift the steel without scratching it. Spread the weight evenly on the truck and place supports every 4 meters for long beams. Tie the load down tightly with edge protectors, and check that the size and weight meet road rules.
