Packaging & Shipping
1. Pre-Transport Preparation
Full technical and logistic documents are sorted and finalized before shipment, including layout blueprints, component detailed lists, cargo delivery manifests and standardized shipping marking files. Every steel component undergoes rigorous pre-shipment inspection to verify intact surface anti-corrosion coating, clear factory stamping and sprayed part codes, as well as complete and firmly attached identification tags. Custom steel packing brackets matched with component dimensions are fully prepared to support standardized packaging operations.
2. Professional Packaging & Component Protection
To eliminate friction damage and surface abrasion during long-distance transit, customized wooden cushion blocks are placed between stacked steel parts. All component corners and connection joint positions are equipped with specialized edge guard accessories to resist external impact and collision. Vulnerable and precision-processed steel parts are fully wrapped with PE protective film or thermal shrink film for all-round isolation. Standardized high-visibility cargo labels marked with exclusive part numbers and gross weight information are affixed to each package for quick identification and site checking.
3. Standard Loading & Transportation Requirements
All steel cargo must be lifted with protective nylon slings or sleeved lifting accessories to avoid surface damage. Scientifically arranged uniform support points are adopted for cargo placement to effectively prevent structural bending and deformation; the spacing of supporting points for long steel beams is strictly controlled at 4 meters. Reinforced tension binding belts are used for overall cargo fixing, with anti-wear protective pads laid at all contact positions between cargo and fixing tools. The overall loading height and total cargo weight are strictly controlled in compliance with international road and sea transportation safety regulations.
