Packaging & Shipping
1. Preparatory Work
Documentation: Prepare printed layout drawings, component lists, delivery slips and shipping marks.
Component Inspection: Inspect surface coating integrity; confirm legible steel stamping and part number spray marking on all components; check that all identification labels are properly affixed.
Packaging Equipment: Prepare steel packing racks matching the length of structural components.
2. Pre-Shipping Packaging & Protection
Insert wooden spacers between components to avoid mechanical scratches and abrasion during transit.
Fit edge protectors on all corners and connection joints for anti-collision protection.
Wrap fragile components with heat shrink film or PE film.
Attach high-visibility labels indicating part numbers and weights.
3. Loading & Transport Specifications
Lift goods using nylon slings or lifting rings fitted with protective sleeves.
Adopt evenly distributed support points to prevent structural deformation; support spacing for long beams shall be 4 meters.
Secure cargo with tensioned lashing straps and install protective pads at all contact areas.
Keep overall loading height and total cargo weight within legal road transport limits.
