1.Preparatory Work

We complete the sorting and printing of spatial grid frame project documents before shipment, covering overall structural layout drawings, steel pipe component lists and delivery voucher files, with professional shipping classification marks. All grid steel pipes and node accessories are inspected to verify smooth and intact surface anti-corrosion layers, clear component coding and complete label identification. Special grid-dedicated steel packing frames are customized according to component lengths to realize standardized and orderly packaging.

2.Pre-Shipping Packaging & Protection

Special wooden spacing blocks are used between grid steel pipe components to avoid mutual friction and surface scratch damage during transit. All pipe orifice ends and node connection corners are fitted with targeted anti-collision protective sleeves. Precision node parts and small assembly accessories are integrally wrapped with heat shrink film for waterproof and dustproof protection. Distinct high-visibility labels marked with component numbers and net weight data are affixed for accurate assembly matching on site.

3.Loading & Transport Specifications

Grid frame steel components are lifted with buffered nylon slings to prevent pipe body deformation and coating damage. Multi-point uniform supporting structure is adopted for cargo placement to ensure overall stress balance, with 4-meter standard support spacing for long steel pipes. All cargo bundles are fastened with high-tension lashing belts, with shock-absorbing protective pads laid at all contact points.
