Tailored for special humid and corrosive breeding environments, the breeding shed adopts anti-corrosive Q235B section steel as the main frame, with professional galvanizing and anti-rust coating treatments to avoid rust and deformation. Lightweight and high-strength secondary structural accessories ensure the overall stability of the shed body. The breathable, waterproof and temperature-adjustable enclosure materials are specially selected for agricultural breeding, matched with professional drainage, ventilation and flexible access facilities, creating a dry, comfortable and safe ecological breeding environment.

Our engineering team adopts professional structural design tools including AutoCAD, PKPM, 3D3S and TEKLA to develop full sets of customized construction drawings and structural layout solutions dedicated to poultry and livestock breeding houses. We conduct targeted data calculation and structural optimization according to farm terrain features, local wind and snow load standards, as well as the high humidity, ventilation and anti-corrosion requirements unique to breeding environments. All structural frames and accessory components undergo precise factory machining, comprehensive welding and specialized anti-corrosion surface treatment. The whole building adopts standardized bolted connection for on-site erection, eliminating complicated field processing work. This mature prefabricated system greatly shortens the whole project schedule and effectively reduces on-site labor input and overall construction costs for agricultural breeding projects.

1.Preparatory Work

Before delivery, we prepare and organize agricultural breeding shed project files, including structural layout sketches, component inventory lists and shipment certification materials, with unified shipping mark labeling. All anti-corrosion steel frame components are inspected to confirm complete anti-rust coating, clear surface coding and firm attachment of specification labels. Practical steel packing racks matching the length of breeding shed steel frames are prepped to adapt to agricultural facility batch transportation.

2.Pre-Shipping Packaging & Protection

Moisture-proof wooden spacers are placed between breeding shed steel components to prevent friction abrasion and damp damage during marine transportation. All component corners and assembly joints are equipped with anti-impact edge protectors to avoid collision deformation. Lightweight enclosure accessories and small steel parts are wrapped with PE film for moisture-proof and dustproof sealing. Clear external labels marked with part numbers and cargo weight are pasted to facilitate overseas warehouse receiving and sorting.

3.Loading & Transport Specifications

Breeding shed steel frames are lifted with soft protective slings to protect anti-corrosion surface layers. Evenly arranged support points are adopted for cargo stacking to prevent structural distortion, with long steel beam support spacing fixed at 4 meters. The whole cargo is tension-fixed with professional binding straps, with anti-wear gaskets installed at all contact positions. Loading height and total weight are strictly controlled to meet international agricultural product transportation compliance standards.
