1. Preparation Stage
Compile all necessary documents: shipping marks, delivery lists, component inventories, and printed layout plans. Conduct a pre-pack quality check: verify coating integrity, confirm clear steel stamps and spray codes, and ensure labels are in place. Choose steel packaging stands that properly accommodate the component lengths.
2. Protective Packaging
To avoid mechanical wear, place wooden dividers between each steel piece. Shield corners and joints with protective guards, and wrap fragile elements in heat-shrink plastic. Clearly label every item with its corresponding number and weight for easy identification.
3. Safe Transportation
Utilize nylon lifting belts or rings with protective covers during loading. Prevent structural deformation by applying evenly distributed loads (maintain a 4-meter support interval for long beams). Fasten the cargo tightly with straps and use protective pads at friction points. Ensure the shipment's height and gross weight comply with all traffic laws.
