Packaging ＆ Shipping
Document Preparation
We organize all required papers including erection drawings, packing lists and cargo ID codes. Every component undergoes full inspection to guarantee undamaged coatings, distinct steel marks, visible spray numbers and intact labels. Custom-length steel packing frames are utilized.
Cushioning & Wrapping
Wood spacers isolate steel parts to avoid friction and collision damage. Corner protectors are fitted on exposed edges. Fragile surfaces are covered by PE film or heat shrink film. Obvious labels with weight data and part codes are posted.
Loading & Transport Standards
Nylon padded lifting straps are used for hoisting to prevent surface damage. Cargo weight is evenly distributed. Supports are set every 4m for long beams to avoid bending. Goods are fastened by tension straps with protective sleeves. Overall weight and dimensions meet road transport standards.
