Product Description
Built from metal pillars, girders, and roof frameworks, a steel-frame depot is wrapped with sheet paneling. Every piece comes pre-made from production lines and gets fastened or fused at the job location, allowing rapid, streamlined assembly. Common across freight, fabrication, farming, and warehousing sectors, these facilities provide expansive unobstructed areas, adaptable layouts, remarkable toughness, and reduced ongoing expenditure versus masonry-based alternatives. The construction method is also planet-friendly — the alloy remains endlessly reclaimable with hardly any site refuse.

Drawing Design
Our design team works with top-tier digital tools — AutoCAD, PKPM, 3D3S, and TEKLA — to carefully evaluate each location's unique traits: land contours, local weather forces, plus the rigorous rust-proofing and airflow demands of livestock facilities. Every metal frame piece is crafted to exact tolerances and coated with specialty anti-corrosion layers inside our production plant. Field erection becomes simple through pre-engineered bolt connections, eliminating complicated on-location adjustments. This modern factory-built methodology shortens delivery schedules while dramatically reducing workforce and building costs for farming operations.

Company Advantages
Over a 13-year journey, our metal fabrication facility has completed an extensive range of medium and large-scale builds — spanning livestock housing, manufacturing plants, and community support structures. Equipped with end-to-end steel production machinery and a skilled workforce specializing in rust-proof solutions for farming and factory settings, we thrive at crafting custom-engineered metal frameworks. Holding ISO-9001 and CE-EN1090 certifications, Shandong Huazhong Heavy Industry remains committed to serving international customers, proactively collaborating with Belt and Road partners to steadily broaden our overseas footprint in the prefab building sector.

Our Factory
Our expansive metal fabrication facility runs on end-to-end smart machinery, spanning precision slicing, mechanized fusion joining, computer-directed boring, and corrosion-shielding treatments. Rigorous in-house protocols paired with exhaustive inspection procedures ensure flawless oversight across every phase — from incoming stock acceptance through final shipment. Seasoned specialists guarantee that each crafted component achieves peak accuracy and structural reliability.

Global Projects
Spanning a 13-year operational history, our team has completed thousands of metal-frame constructions for factories and production plants. We uphold enduring, trust-based alliances with clients across worldwide markets. Through rigorous adherence to global engineering codes, every undertaking we deliver earns steady acclaim from overseas purchasers.

Packaging & Shipping
1. Preparation Before Packaging
Collect all necessary documents — arrangement blueprints, dispatch manifests, cargo lists, and shipment identifiers. Carefully examine every element to confirm surface treatments remain unblemished, metal marking stamps are readable, aerosol-coded numerals appear distinct, and all labels stay firmly in place. Choose steel support frames sized precisely to match member lengths.
2. Wrapping & Protective Protocols
Place timber dividers between separate pieces to avoid rubbing and mechanical harm. Fit corner shields over exposed edges and connection points, then wrap sensitive items using plastic sheeting or thermal-shrink covering. Fasten clearly visible placards indicating mass and part identification.
3. Handling & Transport Rules
Hoist components with fabric slings or cushioned loops to guard against abrasion marks. Spread mass uniformly during placement; for extended girders, maintain bearing intervals no greater than 4 meters apart to avert sagging. Lash the load tightly using ratchet straps, inserting buffer guards at friction zones. Confirm that the combined freight mass and dimensional envelope fully comply with highway carriage regulations.
