1. Preparation Before Packaging
Collect all necessary documents — arrangement blueprints, dispatch manifests, cargo lists, and shipment identifiers. Carefully examine every element to confirm surface treatments remain unblemished, metal marking stamps are readable, aerosol-coded numerals appear distinct, and all labels stay firmly in place. Choose steel support frames sized precisely to match member lengths.

2. Wrapping & Protective Protocols
Place timber dividers between separate pieces to avoid rubbing and mechanical harm. Fit corner shields over exposed edges and connection points, then wrap sensitive items using plastic sheeting or thermal-shrink covering. Fasten clearly visible placards indicating mass and part identification.

3. Handling & Transport Rules
Hoist components with fabric slings or cushioned loops to guard against abrasion marks. Spread mass uniformly during placement; for extended girders, maintain bearing intervals no greater than 4 meters apart to avert sagging.
